HealtheLife Portal

The Lumeo HealtheLife Portal (coming in mid-2025) is a secure website where you can login to access your digital health record shared by our six partner organizations. You’ll be able to:

  • View and manage your appointments at our six healthcare organizations

  • Access test results from your appointments

  • Update your own information, such as contacts, allergies or medications prescribed by your family doctor

  • Complete forms and questionnaires before your appointment

    Note: medical records from your family doctor / health team are not part of the HealtheLife portal.

The HealtheLife portal will give you secure and easy access to your health information from the following organizations:

  • Brockville General Hospital

  • Kingston Health Sciences Centre

  • Lennox and Addington County General Hospital

  • Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital

  • Providence Care

  • Quinte Health

The HealtheLife Portal will become available mid-2025!

How do I register for the HealtheLife Portal?

You may receive an invitation to create an account from your healthcare provider or healthcare organization, and you can also sign up for an account.  Once the portal goes live, we’ll be providing information about how to access the Portal and create an account.

Will my (primary) family healthcare team be able to add information from their files?

Your family doctor / healthcare team medical record is not part of Lumeo. You will be able to add information such as medications and allergies that may be part of your doctor’s record.

Is my information secure?

Yes. The Lumeo Health Information System and the HealtheLife Portal have strict privacy and security standards, along with 24/7 monitoring and support. The system is being built by Oracle Health, and your data will be stored in Ontario, and compliant with Ontario laws and regulations.

What about children? Can they access the portal?

Individuals 12 and up can access their records. Parents of children who are under 12 years of age will be able to register to create an account to access their children’s records.
