Lumeo is a health information system developed and shared by six partner organizations working together to improve health care for our region:

Brockville General Hospital was established in 1885 and is a three-site community hospital that provides full acute care services in both rural and smaller urban centres. The hospital is also home to the MacLean Maternal Child Unit, The Brockville Cardiovascular Program, the BGH Stroke Clinic, a Breast Screening Clinic and a mental health inpatient unit.

Kingston Health Sciences Centre is Southeastern Ontario’s largest acute care and academic hospital, consisting of five sites, including Hotel Dieu, Kingston General Hospital, the Cancer Centre of Southeastern Ontario and two research institutes.

Lennox and Addington County General Hospital focuses on general medicine and surgery, and provides a variety of services including emergency services, diagnostic, acute care, palliative care, long-term care, rehabilitation and outpatient services.

Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital consists of two sites providing a variety of primary and secondary including acute care services, in-patient general rehabilitation programs, emergency care, diagnostic and specialty consultant clinics, as well as a Dialysis program.

Quinte Health is a family of four hospitals – Belleville General Hospital, North Hastings Hospital, Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital and Trenton Memorial Hospital – that are working to “Create Healthier Communities. Together”.

The team of 2,600 staff and physicians provide care through four emergency departments, operating rooms at three hospitals, a rehabilitation day hospital, ambulatory care clinics, and a range of diagnostic services. There are more than 335 inpatient beds for acute medical patients, intensive care, obstetrics, paediatrics, mental health, complex continuing care, rehabilitation, and surgery. In addition, Quinte Health is proud to operate the Quinte Children’s Treatment Centre, community mental health programs, and to be a member of the Hastings Prince Edward Ontario Health Team.
